Timothy Hammar is an attorney at Angel, Coil & Bartlett law firm. He joined the firm in 2007 and is currently serving as its managing partner. In 2012, 2013, and 2015 Mr. Hammar was recognized as one of the top 40 lawyers under the age of 40 by the National Trial Lawyers Association.
Mr. Hammar’s law practice focuses primarily on probate, estate administration, and estate planning.
Additionally, Mr. Hammar also represents clients in personal injury and wrongful death cases, civil litigation, real estate transactions, and he also advises on matters relating to Montana business, employment, and contractual law.
Mr. Hammar received his Juris Doctorate degree from Thomas M. Cooley Law School where he graduated in 2007 with distinction. While in law school, Mr. Hammar was selected to serve as an intern for the Sixty Plus, Inc. Elder Clinic. At the clinic, Mr. Hammar represented and advocated for elderly clients dealing with estate and probate related cases.
Mr. Hammar is licensed to practice law in the federal and state courts of Montana. He is a member of the American Bar Association, State Bar of Montana, Gallatin County Bar Association, National Trial Lawyers Association, and the Montana Trial Lawyers Association.
